What you can expect:
Family centered care helping you meet the communication goals you have for your child.
What you can expect
01 — Assessment
I provide assessment for a variety of speech, language, fluency, and overall communication difficulties. You will gain knowledge of your child’s abilities, their strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations to foster their communication growth and development. You have the option to share these results with team members (e.g., doctors, schools, other professionals, etc.) via a written report and/or consultation meeting on request.
02 — Reports
Reports are a written way to share assessment information, update team members on your child’s progress, and share recommendations with your child’s team members. The report will include developmental information and recommendations with links to resources and education so anyone can learn to support your child effectively at school, and in the community.
03 — Therapy
You will be provided options for accessing therapy via face-to-face appointments or teletherapy depending on your preference and your child’s needs.
My therapy is primarily play based and interactive. Therapy works best if an ‘agent of change’ participates in the therapy (i.e., someone who can learn the tools and strategies to work with the child on a daily basis to maximize progress).
04 — Teletherapy
Teletherapy is the provision of therapy based remotely through telecommunication technology (e.g., ZOOM). Teletherapy allows the delivery of speech-language pathology services at a distance by linking clinician to client, or clinician to other team members for assessment, intervention, and/or consultation services. Teletherapy venues can include schools, client’s homes, childcare centers, etc.
05 — Consultation
Consultation is an opportunity for you or team members to gain knowledge of your child’s developmental difficulty, to plan for your child’s successful acquisition of missing skills, and/or the collaboration of team members to determine the best course of action to help your child achieve your goals.

If you plan for success, you’ll notice the change.
Let me help you figure out what that plan should be.
